Bidrage med feedbackI want to give a huge shoutout to the three kindest and most wonderful women who helped me today with an order issue. I realized the problem wasn’t with the store itself, but rather with the third-party delivery driver. The two managers at the store were incredibly dedicated and did everything they could to resolve the situation. After nearly three hours without my order, they went above and beyond to ensure I received my food, even including a lovely surprise! Additionally, another sweet coworker thought my iced coffee had been overlooked and personally delivered it to me anyway. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service, kindness, and down-to-earth nature. They truly made my day! 5/5 stars!!!
The counter where the supervisor was serving coffee was very messy, stained with spilled coffee, and had coffee cups left in the mess as she handed them out the window. Additionally, I had to wait an unusually long time for my simple BLT wrap to be prepared. To top it off, the supervisor was quite rude.
The staff is friendly, the restrooms are kept clean, and the coffee is consistently excellent.
This is the only double drive-in in Timmins, conveniently located in the town center. If you're in a hurry, it's best to avoid the inner window as it often has trainees taking orders, but generally, the lines move fairly quickly. The staff is usually quite friendly, and mistakes with orders are rare. While some days can be a bit slow, we all have our off days. One downside is that due to COVID and the small storefront, only one customer is allowed inside at a time, which can create a long wait outside. My main reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that if you walk in, you're often left waiting as they prioritize the drive-through line. Surprisingly, it can sometimes take longer to go inside than it would to wait in the drive-through.
I ordered the Turkey Bacon Club, but they were out of Artisan bread, which I can understand. They offered to switch it to a regular bun, and I agreed. I asked if it would be the same price, and the employee seemed unsure. They checked with someone else who just shrugged and said it would be the same price. When I received my order, I found that the sandwich was HALF the size of the Artisan version. In what world is a half sandwich priced the same as a full one? This is completely unacceptable, and I would like a credit for a proper sandwich. Thank you for the disappointing experience!
