I found it frustrating to pay $5 for a cookie that I had to order myself from a kiosk, only to be prompted to leave a tip of $1 to $3 on top of that. Honestly, if you want to provide a decent wage to your employees, you shouldn't rely on customers for supplemental income. They're not waitstaff or bartenders. Sure, the cookie is tasty, but I shouldn't feel pressured to tip for a service that a machine can handle. All they did was place a cookie in a box. This situation reflects some of the problematic aspects of modern capitalism.

I had to wait over 40 minutes after placing an online order, while customers who walked in received their orders within just a few minutes, as usual. A staff member asked for my name so they could identify my order, yet they continued to prioritize walk-in orders. I often order from this location for my clients multiple times a month, but this will be the last time. The organization is lacking, and the service was terrible.

Wow! The cookies here are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend trying them—especially the pink sugar cookie, which is fantastic. There are so many options to choose from, and I find the prices to be quite reasonable. Plus, you get a free cookie on your birthday! The cookies are also quite large, but if you're not a fan of sweet treats, this may not be the place for you.
