Starbucks - Thornleigh

I want to love this Starbucks but I can't. It took 17 minutes to get one drink. The staff at the register are nice. But the service is extremely slow.

Staff is very friendly, and the new Starbucks open layout concept is extremely convenient. My only wish is they were open more hours

Excellent! I think it's mobile ordering only, but I can place it and it's ready within 5 minutes every time. The works are super nice, and it's always slow there.Clean, efficient, nothing more you could ask for!

I love Starbucks. And I love going to this one. It’s very close to my job. But lately when I’ve been going in there, there is a girl who never greets the customers, never smile. Like she just doesn’t want to be there. I went in today to pick my order up and the same girl was there. One: I didn’t like that the bag my sandwich was in was sitting wide open for anything to just fly in there. Two: when i asked for a bag to put my things in there, the girl didn’t really acknowledge me. Just gave me the bag and walked away. Dealing with her each time I go in there has made my experience unpleasant and not want to return.
