Tim Hortons - the Creek in Stoney Creek

I am so appreciative of the lady who called me today. I made an order through skip the dishes and ordered a hash brown w out realizing they stop giving those out after a certain time. She had my delivery guy call me and then Proceeded to ask me what I would like as a replacement. Usually when I order from other places, and they don’t have something, they don’t let me know and send me my order with missing items. I am so glad she called and asked what I would like to get instead and now I’m getting everything I paid for. Great customer service today! Thank you!!

It was the worst drive-through experience ever. I’m trying to get myself a decaf tea, four boxes of decaf tea, and a muffin. The service almost gave me the wrong order; they didn’t even have the boxes ready and didn’t even have it in the machine. It took them ten minutes to have the boxes and the muffin paid for and given to me, and still no tea. I told them about it, and they still didn’t have it ready. They started typing it into the machine again, and I didn’t want to wait anymore cause I had an extensive line behind me and never got my tea

Order an iced coffee with almond milk and get regular cows milk. I’m lactose intolerant so drinking straight up milk is awful and they should be more considerate of people with allergies or food intolerances. Also order two sausage breakfast sandwiches and when we got home they were both bacon, if you’re out of sausage just say so. I would’ve picked something else as I hate the chewy fatty bacon they give out. Stop going the easy route and think of your customers, all you had to do was say you were out of the product. Possible they just didn’t pay attention to what they were doing either and sent whatever out. Huge chain restaurant and they still can’t get it right absolute joke. $15 down the drain!

Cashier was rude for no reason of ours. She must have had a long day or something but there is no reason to be rude to your customers.

The blonde lady who takes drive thru orders at 10:15am on August 28th 2023 is rude and disrespectful. What a shame.
