Tim Hortons - the Creek in Stoney Creek

Wouldn’t allow me and my friend to sit down in the restaurant this morning after we both ordered food. We were kicked out simply because we are students and there were already 3 students sitting down quietly at a table also eating the food they had purchased. There were no other customers in the restaurant and no other tables were being taken up. We were not causing any harm or noise/ being disrespectful in any way. I understand if it was really busy or if we were causing any commotion but this was just straight up ageism. We should be allowed to sit down in your restaurant after purchasing food from your restaurant! Especially since we we’re literally the only other 2 people to want to sit down.

The workers here are honestly really disrespectful especially towards students. Only three students are allowed in the Tim’s at a time, making it impossible to go there during my break. They make you wait outside the store and don’t let students in. They have poor service, the food is super slow and half the machines aren’t working, honestly go to another Tim’s if you’re able to because it is not worth the trouble and waste of time.

The crispy chicken bowl is very good!!Only one thing is that they were short on stuff in the evening when we went there.

I orders a bagel toasted with butter, and when I got it the bagel was barely warm, and they added waayyy too much butter. The costumer service was bad. And they treated me like I was yelling at then and being rude the whole time. They kept giving me dirty looks like I told them something that offended them, even tho I was super nice. All I did was order a coffee and a bagel. They took much longer then they should have. I would not recommend going to this location at all.
