Bruce Wine Bar - The Blue Mountains

Almost hate to give a great review as it is already busy :)Seriously, been there many times since opening and gets better each time.Food - Great, Wine List - Great, Servers - Great!Music on Friday nights. Sat upstairs last Friday, usually grab a downstairs table or Kitchen Bar (cool to watch pizza makers) and did not disappoint. Took my daughter and her boyfriend for a birthday and had another great night at the Bruce Wine Bar. Always have the pizza (yum!) but added a Gnocchi with pork belly = awesomeness in a bowl.

Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire lui même. Il n'y avait plus de place à l'intérieur il nous a gentiment installés sur la petite terrasse à l'extérieur. Excellente nourriture faite avec des produits locaux. Un band de musique a agrémenté notre soirée !

Food was tasty and surroundings comfortable. Went on a Thursday night and the place was busy, but not super busy. The four of us ordered 3 trout and a pizza. Took much longer than expected. Prices were what I would expect to pay in Toronto. Salads starting around $14 and up. I passed. Some complimentary dinner buns/bread would have been nice. Not sure I would return as there many more competitive choices in Thornbury.

WE were seated right away. Staff cheerful, efficient and attentive. Wasn't too busy during the week at Noon early July. We each had a salad and a glass of wine. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

I have been to the Bruce Wine Bar many times. The food and service is always excellent. Their pizzas are phenomenal! My only negative is that it is hard to get a table on the weekends because it's so popular! So I advise you to make your reservation early.
