Hey Mikey's Ice Cream - Texas City

The ice cream at Hey Mikey's is truly incredible. The staff is extremely friendly. Once you try their authentic ice cream, everything else just doesn't taste the same. They offer a variety of delicious flavors to choose from and their Texas City location even has a spacious patio. They make their ice cream on site, and their Galveston location is always bustling with customers.

Fantastic experience! My first visit to Hey Mikey's was on 4/23/22 at 5:15pm. There was only one staff member working, but she managed to take our order for 10 different items flawlessly. The homemade ice cream was outstanding! The waffle cones and unique flavors were a hit with everyone. The prices were reasonable too. We will definitely be returning frequently because we enjoyed it so much and it's affordable. Hey Mikey's is a much better choice than any national ice cream chain. Keep up the great work!

What a GREAT add'n to 6th Street! Wonderful flavors, very decent prices for great, homemade quality ice cream! Do not let complaints about high prices sway you, Hey Mikey's is worth every nickel! Clean, bright and local artist's work on the walls.

I've been here several times. This Hey Mikey's always has great service and equally as good ice cream. They always seem to be making waffle cones so it's almost guaranteed to be freshly made they have an outside seating area that is also pet friendly and across the street they play live music. so you can hear that as well while you enjoy your ice cream. Staff always seems friendly and invites you to return.
