Worst run Chinese in Taunton refusing to deliver to a ta3 post code which is about 5 minutes from town because it’s a Friday or saterday as if,busiest days of the week but to much work for them absolute jokers

Ordered a delivery after over an hour the food never arrived. Use rang up asking where it is they said it wasn’t even cooked yet. So when I asked to cancel the order and for a refund the person on the end of the phone was very very rude and just put the phone down on me. Shocking service absolutely disgusting never ordering from this business ever again

Rung at 5 for delivery at 730pm, she said time is fine but at 615pm it turned up unreal. Either takes forever or it’s silly early. Food though was really good

Placed an order online for delivery at 18:00, 40 minutes later no sign of the food, no call explaining delay and number permanently engaged. This used to be a great Chinese sadly customer service now is non existent

Dreadful service. Ordered at 640 on their website. Was told it would be 90 minutes. Waited longer than this and called them. Told us it would be another hour! Had to cancel. Please don't accept orders that you can't fulfill. And when you know you can't fulfill an order, let the customer know. Awful. I wouldn't risk ordering from them again. Very disappointed family of 4.
