Me and my kids went for lunch in frankie bennys today and the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Racist Portuguese guy said he is from Madeira named Emmanuel DID not even acknowledge my existence or say hello and started to talking ONLY to my girl and kept going at it as if am not there. she looked surprised why is he not saying hello to me. Worst place I have ever been to. (obviously had to put him in his place) No care at all of their social surroundings. Rude unprofessional staff (Portuguese guy).

We’re really enjoyed here and sure will be back! Jack served us, he has a great customer service, asked for allergy if we have, also checked if we’re happy with our meals. To be fair all staffs here seems super nice and attentive. Ps.Highly recommend Cheesecake and Tiramisu! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
