I am very disappointed. I called the Tennessee Street location at 9:20 to place an order for two country club sandwiches on wheat bread, but I was informed that they could only accommodate one sandwich because they were short on bread. As a result, my wife had to drive to another location just to get our dinner.

JJ’s consistently delivers excellent food. The drive-thru service is always prompt, and my order is never wrong.

They truly deliver your food incredibly quickly, I mean it! Plus, it’s consistently delicious.

While the service was exceptionally quick, the food felt haphazardly assembled rather than thoughtfully prepared.

I was charged twice for my sub. When I returned to show them my bank statement and point out that they had made a mistake with a simple order that I always get—never having ordered more than one sub—they suggested I dispute the charge with my bank instead of resolving the issue. It was frustrating and disappointing to have this experience at this particular JJ location.
