The Korean food here is not authentic and falls significantly short of expectations. I ordered the bulgogi set for P800 per person, and it was a disappointing choice. The meal includes two soups, but the bulgogi soup is overly sweet. The Korean pancake was thin and too greasy, not enjoyable at all. The rice also missed the mark. The only highlight was the grilled chicken, which is why I'm giving it two stars. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

As I happily savored the extensive array of delicious appetizers that accompanied our meal, the grilled meat was brought to our table. We eagerly grilled the bulgogi, dipping and enjoying it with enthusiasm. The thin slices of beef were divine, especially paired with the smoky, slightly sweet dipping sauce and the noodles that came with the dish. To counterbalance the sweetness, I requested extra kimchi, which I enjoyed between bites of the main dish. That evening, I relished both the meal and the delightful company so much that on my drive home, I couldn't help but wonder why I didn't treat myself to Korean food more often.

The food was exceptional, earning a flawless 5 out of 5, and the service was just as impressive, also rated 5 out of 5. The ambiance was fantastic, deserving another 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Bulgogi, Spicy Cold Noodles, Dolsot Bibimbap, Wagyu, Haemul Pajeon, Soondubu Chigae, and the Executive Set.

My family and I fit comfortably at two tables at Sariwon BHS, where we shared two grill tables and I ordered two Bulgogis. Along with that, I added a hotpot that included meat, vegetables, and noodles. Just a heads-up: the broth might be a bit too spicy for seniors or kids. I also ordered Bulgogi patties on the side. With my two brothers, my dad, and my boyfriend in tow, we all left feeling thoroughly satisfied! Sariwon is an excellent family-friendly option for Korean hotpot and grilled meat dishes. Conveniently located in BHS Central, it offers a lovely ambiance. I believe this restaurant is often overlooked, but it shouldn’t be; with reasonable prices, great service, and a unique Korean dining experience, it’s definitely worth a visit!
