Starbucks - Surrey Heath

My daughter and I decided to have a lunchtime treat at this restaurant. We ordered two strawberry waffle cream frappes and two raspberry and almond mini loaves. The mini loaves were fantastic, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the strawberry waffle cream frappes. While the initial taste was good, the strawberry flavor quickly faded, leaving the drink bland. The restaurant itself lacked atmosphere, appeared worn down, and needed a good cleaning. The sofa we sat on was in need of wiping down. The service was also lacking, with the young girl who served us appearing miserable. I asked if we could sit down while she made our drinks, but she did not respond. Once the drinks were ready, she left them on the counter without informing us, even though we were sitting right in front of her. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant provides excellent customer service and offers plenty of seating both downstairs and upstairs. It is conveniently located near the Vue Cinema and Camberley shopping area.

This Starbucks location is the slowest and least welcoming out of all the ones I have visited. It is in desperate need of a renovation and more spacious seating area.

Located just outside the Atrium with seating inside and out over two floors. Service pretty good today with a good flat white and a five grain breakfast porridge with their seeds mix. Parking available in the multi storey car park. £1.90 all day in Sunday’s. Very nice. Worth a try. Plse like if this helped.

Poor coffee, they don't press the paninis any more just heat them in a microwave, no croissants and don't do military discount (only one around this area that doesn't) won't be back will stick to costa
