Choo Choo Grill - Superior

Our first table was a bit dirty, so we moved to another one and placed our order. The waitress was exceptionally friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed, even bringing us a small pitcher of water for refills. I tend to drink a lot of water, so I really appreciated this; I wish more restaurants would offer that! To start, we ordered an appetizer of fried mushrooms and cauliflower—half and half. The mushrooms were the darker pieces, while the cauliflower was lighter. I opted not to try the mushrooms, and my wife sampled the cauliflower, but she left the mushrooms for me. While some pieces were warm and crispy, a few were cold in the center, and some mushrooms leaked a bit of juice. For my main dish, I had the patty melt with tater tots. The patty melt was juicy with a hint of pink, although it could have used a bit more seasoning. The tater tots, on the other hand, were crispy, salty, and delicious! My wife ordered the Hindenburger, topped with jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and a spicy sauce. It packed a good amount of heat but also had great flavor. Throughout our meal, the staff was attentive and accommodating, making for a very pleasant lunch experience. I would definitely return to try other items on the menu that sounded equally appealing.

I visited for the first time and found it to be a relaxed neighborhood spot. The staff and other customers were incredibly friendly. Our bartender was very sweet. We ordered two flavors of bone-in wings; the buffalo flavor was quite good! The garlic flavor didn't have much of a distinct taste but was also enjoyable. I'll definitely come back!

Delicious chicken wings, the best in town! I highly recommend this place! It’s also a fantastic spot to play keno—if you're feeling lucky, this is the bar for you!

This is the one of the best neighborhood bar grills to go to. Drinks are great, staff is always great and the food.... The food is always the bomb digity ! The wings , get them extra crispy and you have to try the Thai peanut .. epic good. Their burgers are great , hot beef is THE best in town. Salads are huge , fresh and really good. Haven't had a bad meal. Give them a try !

Great Food and Service EVERY TIME !!! I typically enjoy Choo Choo Bar around lunch time and it's very easy to have a conversation with anyone at the bar... The lunch specials always look delicious but my personal favorite is the Ruben with no meat and tater tots I'm vegetarian and the chef has always been accommodating
