I can’t say enough wonderful things about Japaneiros. We had planned to have a tasting meal outdoors, but we had to reconsider due to possible rain. Less than a week before my wedding, we reached out to Quino, the General Manager at Japaneiros, to arrange a sample dinner party for 42 guests, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Quino and his catering team went above and beyond to ensure everything was a success. The event took place in Japaneiros’ new event space, which is located where the Ginger Mule used to be. The room is stunning! The servers and bartenders were attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We received countless compliments throughout the evening on how great everything was! Everyone had a fantastic time enjoying the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend hosting a private event at Japaneiros’ new event room!
The customer service was excellent. The restaurant was packed, and I was on a tight schedule, but they did everything they could to expedite my order. The waiter offered great recommendations, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The sushi was delicious!
I went to work today because I'm sick. It's enough to say I wasn't really on my way to food and food. The feeling as if I wanted to have some comfort food, so I decided to order the darkened sea bass from here through the door. Well, about 10 minutes before the door was the driver in my house, I get a call from Jason to Japaneiro saying that the driver without the Risotto rice that came with the meal. Well, I was admittedly disappointed... Especially when the doorkeeper guy said he had no time to go back and get my missing meal. I spoke to Jason again and he tried to offer some alternatives to compose me for my meal. But if I'm gone today, I'll put a few working days back, so I wasn't sure when I would be able to get to the restaurant... I also explained that I was too sick to leave my house. So he worked with GM and made sure someone brought my food from their staff. Errors happen, but I definitely felt great customer service came out of an unfortunate mishap and this sick, bedriding girl, really appreciated all the effort to lol my food to me.
The best sushi around and surrounding...I love this place...Great staff...food always right and fresh....
