Subway - Suffolk

I had the worst experience ever at this Subway. I visited twice and ordered online, and both times they forgot to toast my sandwich, despite including special instructions to do so. The staff made excuses, claiming they didn’t read the receipt. One was an older Hispanic lady, and the other was a short, larger white lady with a ponytail who had a terrible attitude. Here’s a tip: if you don’t enjoy your job, maybe consider going back to school!

The restaurant is extremely clean and the service is excellent! It will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I visit the area. As for vegetarian options, the veggie wrap was fantastic!

The service was prompt. I ordered a tuna sub with all the toppings for both my wife and me for lunch.

Trying to order pickup and the menu page won 't load. Clicked on order pickup and it sat for over a minute not moving. Refreshed page and same thing. Guess you people don 't care about having a working website.

Haven't been here in ages. The store was really nice and clean including the bathrooms. Great employees. They did a good job even though I had a coughing fit the whole time I was ordering. The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.
