We enjoyed the summer rolls, the best we've found in Stuttgart so far. They have a crunch inside that we were told was fried onions. My wife loved her...
This cozy spot is located on the second level with stairs right at the entrance. They are located in the Bohnenviertel district and close to the City Center. On a Tuesday, they opened at 6 pm and we arrived around 6:30. Pretty quite with a couple of other tables occupied. They don't open until 6 so looks like a dinner only spot. We started with Saigon Beer-very light (especially after drinking German Lagers) and paired well with our meal. Followed later with a Pilsner Urquell. For starters we ordered Tom Mac Vay-(six fried Shrimp) lightly fried with a sweet/savory chili sauce-very good. Ha Cao (Dim Sum)-filled with shrimp-excellent. For main it was Vit Exotika (Crispy Duck in coconut Curry sauce)-Duck was cooked perfectly and the Coconut Curry was slightly spicy-exquisite! This was the dish that stole the show. Bo Luc Lac-seasoned beef was tasty. That said, more on the chewy side vs tender. Our server was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to try some of the other dishes. Don't miss the Crispy Duck in Curry sauce!
