Tim Hortons - Stuttgart

The morning team is amazing! I grab a coffee and muffin there five days a week, and some of the staff even have my order ready as soon as they spot me.

I come here every morning, and it's usually a nice spot to grab coffee and kick off my day. However, today I overheard a male employee discussing a marijuana grow operation with a friend over the counter, and it was loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. I found this unprofessional and disrespectful.

These restaurants can get quite crowded, but it didn't feel that way during my visit. The atmosphere is fantastic, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about the service they provide!

I encountered mice in this Tim Hortons location. I spotted two, and my friend, who frequently visits, claimed to have seen four! How can they serve food with mice around? Isn't there anyone to inspect the place? This is outrageous! I will never return!

I’ve been standing here for 13 minutes while the staff has completely ignored me. Seriously??? Should I leave or keep waiting? Thirteen minutes is ridiculous, especially since I’m the only customer inside. I even parked my car to come in, but I won’t be doing that again. This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons, and I’m really disappointed. I felt a lot of disrespect during this visit. Even the gas station side of things has declined significantly in the past year or two. I really miss the friendly old employees.
