Pizza Hut - Stuarts Draft

Placed an order online (several hours ahead), scheduled for 11:15am delivery. Driver arrived at 11:33am and part of the order was missing. Driver had to go back and return again with missing items.

Food was 30 minutes late and when we tried to give the manager more clear house descriptions for the driver, she laughed and hung up on us.

My daughter ordered pizza about a week ago. She spent over $50.00 for 3 large pizzas, worst pizza ever. Wasn’t even sliced, pizza tore to pieces, the thin crust pizza was cooked so long it was like eating a brick. Toppings were overly dry due to being over baked. We threw most of the pizzas away. Big waste of money

The fries were very small, and the pizza melts were also tiny. They were more like appetizers and wouldn't be enough for two people. Our order wasn't bagged, and we had to carry out three separate boxes. There were no napkins included with our order. If you're going to sell fries, it would be nice to include some ketchup packets as well. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, and our order was ready on time.

The food was fantastic, the service was good, and the prices were reasonable. However, I did have a problem when I called to place my order. The lady who answered wasn't even at the restaurant—I found out she wasn't even in Virginia! She seemed to have very little knowledge of the deals, specials, and prices, and unfortunately, her English skills were quite limited. This made communication really frustrating.
