Chef's Table - Stuart

As a local, The Chef's Table is one of our favorite dining spots. The food is phenomenal, and the staff is even more outstanding! We love The Chef's Table so much that we recently had them cater our wedding for over 175 guests, and they delivered flawlessly. The food was as delicious as if we were serving individual plates, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting it. Working with Carra was an absolute delight; she truly excels in her role. I can't get enough of their Bolognese! You won't regret dining here or choosing them for any of your events.

We chose Chef's Table to cater our wedding, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from the very beginning. Carra collaborated with us to stay within our budget, assisted us in selecting our dream menu during a tasting at the restaurant, and provided a complete staff along with bartending services. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was handled perfectly and even offered us additional recommendations for other vendors. I highly recommend Chef's Table for catering services!

We were informed that the tasting menu would consist of a selection of different dishes from the menu, which left me confused as to why we couldn’t have adjusted it for a legitimate allergy. I also asked if I could swap out arugula in a salad—since I really dislike it and find it bitter—for mixed greens, but the server said no, explaining that the chef creates each dish to ensure that all ingredients complement one another. I understand the chef's intention for harmony and flavor, but it felt excessive to adhere strictly to that philosophy, especially when it comes to allergies that could necessitate the use of an EpiPen. Overall, while the food might be harmonious, the inflexibility regarding changes left us feeling unwelcome.

The restaurant's atmosphere is truly remarkable. The ambiance fosters an intimate setting that feels both warm and inviting. The candlelight enhances a sense of 'Hygge.' The chef showcases a creative approach, blending elegance and novelty in each dish. I found myself inspired and intrigued by every course. It deserves a standing ovation!

The ambiance and six-course meal were fantastic! The chef tailored the dishes to accommodate our personal allergies, and they were all very flavorful.
