Primanti Bros. Restaurant And Bar

First time being there in 20 years or more and it was still wonderful way better than a chain ones

We had a great time at the Primanti's in south side! Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent!! James the bartender was great and we met a cpl great regulars! They gave us some great advice for other places to go/eat in south side...hit them all!! Thx for the tips guys!!

Meh. Understaffed, so pretty dirty and slower than promised. That being said, the two workers were hustling and doing a great job within human abilities. The cook gets seven stars for doing so many things at once, and the bartender gets a six for proactively helping him in the back to take orders, etc. Both were notably pleasant bordering on cheerful despite the situation.

Food took forever to come out but the bartender did warn us. everything was really good. you can definitely share these sandwiches! and you don't need a side of fries when your sandwich is loaded with em! a must try when visiting Pittsburgh

Worst customer service ever. You don't give the customer a fountain drink when they ordered a 20oz bottle of soda. I was adamant about getting a bottle because that's what I ordered for pick up on Door Dash. You don't downgrade the customer and this happens every time I order for pick up from Primanti Brothers. If you don't have that flavor substitute it for another flavor but don't downgrade me from 20oz bottle of soda to a subpar fountain drink. Server was snippy with me on this recent visit when I insisted about getting a 20oz bottle of soda which is what I paid for on the Door Dash app
