Morton's The Steakhouse

The service was okay, there weren't too many people but it still felt slow. The structure of the tables and stuff at the restaurant was just really poorly set up too, like things were too close together even though there was a lot of space. The food was honestly pretty bad too. I understand it was probably busier than they usually were, but I don't think that justifies the steak being undercooked and burnt at the same time. Like I don't usually leave such vivid reviews, but spending almost $250 on steak and potato that had an overall cardboardy taste is insane. I waited so long to review so my date wouldn't see it and feel bad. That's how subpar it was.

Last night was our first time dining at Morton’s. The entire meal was fair. My husband had steak and I got the lobster. Both were blown average. The steak was overdone and had no flavor.We spent so much money for a subpar meal.We will never go back.

Morton 's is our go to for birthday celebrations. You simply CANNOT do better that 16 ounce Cajun Ribeye is the best. Our server recommended Rare Plus and it was perfect. Thank you for making our evening very special.

Excellent food atmosphere. The service was very nice but it was busy the day we visited so our food took a long time. We had a show to go to afterwards so dessert was rushed but props to the staff for being accommodating. The 4 of us spent about 2 hours there total. Reservation recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the left side of the building. Inside the space can be tight but the staff will accommodate you.
