Kentucky Fried Chicken, Store 1431

This is a relatively new KFC, but it is already suffering from neglect. Two of the chairs at our table were rocking because of missing glides on some of the legs. The floor was not particularly clean. My Zinger Twister was made with a paper-thin wrap that was disintegrating as soon as I unwrapped it, but the taste was great. The cashier was friendly and gave us lots of ketchup for the fries. My wife's combo box was good - the typical KFC.

Went with no idea what to order. Cashier took the time to go over several of the menu items so I knew exactly what I was getting. She also made several suggestions that would work for a meal for six of us. Based n other fast food prices I didn't think the food was over priced. Waited for about 10 minutes once my order was placed for my food to be ready. Took it home and all enjoyed it

The person before me must have had the same cashier that we did. She could not have hated her job more, she seemed irritated and annoyed to even have to acknowledge you. We waited TWENTY minutes for our order, everyone else in the restaurant at the time was also complaining about the time it was taking to complete orders. I finally get my order and it's wrong! When I told her it was wrong, she looked like she was going to throw the tray at my face. I then heard her tell the kitchen girl and they were talking like It was my fault! This cashier was just too busy not caring about her job to listen to my order. Terrible service, and it was terrible last time I went too. I NEVER write bad reviews...so this is how bad it was. I'll stick to the upper gage/Mohawk location...I never have a problem there.

Visited this place three times on different occasions after movies and the cashier was rude. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day, but the last couple of times she proved it that she doesn't like being there. She gets irrirated if you ask her questions about a menu item. Never going back to this place again. Worst experience ever at a kfc for me!

Haven't been to a KFC in a long time and we live right around the corner from it. IT's your typical KFC, nothing more, nothing less. Prices have definitely gone up since the last time i went to one, probably 15 years ago but that would be all of them.
