Bidrage med feedbackThe custard was like eating reg ice cream. It didn’t taste like custard at all. And the price was higher than other locations. We ordered a large and it only had one swirl.
When is this place going to have the ice flavors for your customers. We stopped by today and there were only 5 flavors on the board and no vanilla custard. I asked about the flavors and the young lady said we have not gotten around to making them really ???? 4 times this year same thing. Glad there is a DQ and sweet frog close by
Custard machine is broken (and has been supposedly broken for a week). No sign. Waste of time.
Bad place to work if I could give negative stars I would corporate really needs to check this place out
Since the restaurant opened this year, I’ve been trying to redeem my rewards. However, every time I present my app for scanning, I get responses ranging from "We do not accept apps at this location" (which is untrue, as I successfully redeemed rewards here last year) to "Our rewards system isn't working today," or simply being met with blank stares. Given that most of the staff seem quite young, I’ve often laughed it off, even when my rewards don't work, or I receive the wrong order, and they do nothing about it. If I ask for toppings, I might as well have ordered plain, as it seems like they barely put any on! I’ve brushed these experiences aside until last night, when I finally reached my breaking point with their attitudes, laziness, and lack of proper training. I ordered a pup cup, and the girl at the register first tried to charge me over $5, which has happened before. When I pointed out that it should only be around $2.40, she initially insisted on her price, but I refused to pay more this time. Eventually, she admitted her mistake and confirmed the correct price. However, after several minutes, she returned to tell me they were out of the peanut butter dog bone treats that go on top of the pup cup. I accepted this, even though it's a key part of the item. When I got to my car to give it to my dog, I realized the cup only contained a squirt of whipped cream and a dab of peanut butter sauce, not the vanilla custard I expected. I was frustrated and approached another staff member at the window, stating that I had only received whipped cream and had paid for a pup cup. When I pointed out that a pup cup is supposed to include custard, peanut butter sauce, and dog treats, she told me they were out of both the custard and dog treats. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, stating that I wouldn't pay $2.40 for just whipped cream. She insisted that she couldn't refund me or offer a different item. I explained that every time I visit, there seems to be a new issue, and I’m always met with smirks and the same powerless responses. I also mentioned that just the day before, the rewards app had miraculously worked (although I still hadn’t received my long-awaited free item), but now it was malfunctioning again. More smirking and insincere apologies followed. When I requested to speak with a manager, she informed me that there were no managers, only supervisors. I pressed further, asking when a manager would be present. She stated, "We don’t have managers, we have supervisors.” (Oh my goodness.) When I asked who the supervisor was, she replied, “I am.” She looked no older than 13! I reiterated, "So, you’re the supervisor who charged me for an item you didn’t even have, without informing me before taking my money, and now you're refusing to give me a refund?" All I got in response was a smirk and another shrug.
