The beef portion was smaller than what I expected, and the soup was quite oily. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online, but dining in at the restaurant seems to be a better experience.
The price is quite high for a $20 bowl of D4. I tried the Classic Beef Shank Noodle Soup (Mild, 原味牛肉麵 不辣) and found it to be just okay.
I ordered the noodles uncooked, which allowed me to enjoy the soup fresh. The noodles had a nice chewy texture.
Everything from this restaurant is super tasty!
