Frankie And Benny's - Stevenage

My family and I love Frankie Benny's! The staff is always polite, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is consistently delightful.

I took my daughter here for her birthday dinner tonight and was truly impressed by how the staff attended to us and made the birthday celebration special. They even sang Happy Birthday, although we didn't stay for dessert. Thank you for making my daughter's day so memorable!

It was the ninth birthday of our daughter to whom they enjoyed very much.

The food was unappetizing in both taste and quality, although the service was good.

Had to wait for our previously booked table. eating was very boring/average and the noise level, including the music, was just too much. the price was quite steep for the quality of the event. we wouldn't go back. I would just say that our waiter was very smiling against unhappy. there is a lot of competition on the retail park where they are based, they need on their game.
