My girlfriend and I had planned a picnic outside, but unfortunately, it was the only rainy day during our stay in Cape Town. Since we were leaving the next day, we couldn't reschedule, so we decided to have an indoor picnic in the cellar instead. Everything was delicious, from the food to the wine, all at reasonable prices. Including drinks and coffee, we spent €30 per person. I would recommend it; even if we had been outside, it would have felt like a fairy tale. It was still excellent!

We booked a picnic at Jordan’s and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was more than enough for us—we finished everything! The drink selection was extensive and reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5!

This venue is truly remarkable, and its location offers a significant advantage. On a clear day like the one I experienced, the views are breathtaking. The service was also commendable. However, the dishes I tried didn’t quite meet my expectations. The croissant was rather dense and lacked freshness, despite my dining time being at 11:30 AM. I had hoped to arrive in time to sample the flammkuchen, but sadly, it felt somewhat underseasoned to me. The wines, as always, were exceptional. Overall, it’s a place I would definitely revisit, perhaps to explore other items on the menu.
