Baskin-robbins - Staten Island

The restaurant offers a selection of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream, but unfortunately, they don't provide any toppings to enhance the experience.

I placed an order, but they delayed it until I woke up at 4 AM with no food at my door!

I had the opportunity to try a variety of flavors, and I must say, the staff at Dunkin' were really helpful. They also work for Baskin-Robbins, which enhanced my experience. Overall, it was a great visit!

Disgusted right now I've been there many times always disappointed. Whether it's freezer burned ice cream or shake that taste like water it's always garbage.. The problem is I have little kids and they see Baskin Robin and they brake chops until I go for them. And I always have hope that the place will improve their service and their product but it hasn't happened. I can honestly say now I'll never go back ... the place Absolutely sucks..

Terrible!!! I special ordered a cake for Christmas and when I arrived to pick it up, it hadn't yet arrived from the supplier. Couldn't get back until the next day only to find out that the cake was given to someone else. Was disappointed!!! They substituted something else but it wasn't what I wanted. A train wreck! Won't be returning!!
