Lucky's Classic Burger Malt Shop

This was my first time going here and I took my family. The food was delicious. Not too much and not too little. The service was awesome, everyone so attentive. We sat outside and about 7 or 8 the lights came on, it was wonderful. My daughter loved it ! I will definitely come back again and recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: They have food options for kids

The food is good. It is wayyyyy overpriced not worth the price. You are better off cooking at home...have had about every category on the menu and nothing stands out (only have because my company pays for it, otherwise I would not be purchasing from here) Nothing here is worth telling people that are visiting to go eat at.

Had a treat of a lunch here. Food was warm and fresh. I don’t do this much but I want to give a big shout out to my server Kelsey or should I say little moon. She had such a big and great smile I called her little moon and she must have blushed and laughed. My chow was a little late and she brought me a free refill on ginger ale, the little things can go a long way. Very kind and prompt person and made us feel comfortable and happy to be around her. Oh and she brought out the food so fast my fries had a crisp that was perfect. Thanks Kels or should I say little moon :

Great selection of food on the menu. However, I ordered a salad through ubereats last night and specified in the notes no olives and no onions. When the food made its way to me, everything was on the salad. There were no utensils included in the bag either.

Food would be ok if it wasn’t because our table was completely ignored. 15 minutes of sitting there before we were finally acknowledge and mind you we were sitting inside right by where all the employees were. At one point I tried to waive someone down, she made eye contact and completely ignored me. Probably the WORST customer service I have had in a very long time. Disappointing especially when you see the white customers get taken care of right away. Very disappointing experience!
