White Castle - St. Louis

One of the only places open late night around our residence ever since covid came about. The food is always hot. The order is always correct. The only down side is the size of the drive thru line after 9pm. But that's not something they can control.

Fast food is always a personal preference but I will say that we enjoy the food from this White Castle. I enjoy the Jalepeno cheeseburgers and the new Ghost Pepper ones are also good. A Chocolate shake to finish the meal always hits the spot.

It's White Castle, so the food is definitely delicious. I visited the location on Lemay Ferry, just south of 255, and the wait for 20 sliders was beyond what I expected. I had to pull around to the "crave zone," and I lost count of how many cars—at least 14—drove past me after getting their orders before I finally received my 20 sliders.

Mmmm, White Castle!!! The only downside to this location is that the service is quite slow. I understand that staffing issues are common these days, but still. Another thing I’ve noticed is that this location seems to be the only one that doesn’t cook their onions properly. They're always raw or only slightly cooked. They definitely need to be cooked longer. However, you can’t go wrong with some belly bombers!

I usually love this place! I know that onions are a big part of their dishes. Normally, I don't have any issues with them, but tonight I specifically requested no onions, and they were piled on anyway. It really made my dinner disappointing! It seems like they added extra, and it’s too far for me to go back.
