The Block Food Drink - St. Louis Park

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and the service is top-notch. The staff made sure our coffee cups were never empty and were very attentive and friendly. I tried the breakfast burrito bowl with sausage and absolutely loved it - the dish left me feeling extremely full. I particularly enjoyed the touch of heat in one of the sauces, possibly the guajillo sauce. One of my companions ordered the hot chicken eggs Benedict and thought it was delicious, although I personally didn't care for the sweetness of the sauce. Another companion ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and while she enjoyed them, she mentioned they were slightly dry. It's worth noting that she doesn't like syrup and didn't use any, so your experience may vary. The parking situation could be better, especially in the winter, but there is overflow parking available across the street.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. I tried the lavender lemonade slushy, which was delicious, and the buffalo onion ring tower. For my main course, I had a tasty walleye sandwich with sweet potato fries. My friends ordered the short rib cheese steak sandwich and the cheeseburger, both of which they thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant! There is parking available in the lot across the street and also on the street.

As a truck driver who travels all over the country, I often find myself limited to big fast food chains for meals. However, during a recent delivery, I stumbled upon The Block, a local restaurant located just half a block away. I was warmly welcomed and seated promptly, as they had just opened for the day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. I decided to try the corned beef hash breakfast with a side of bacon, along with a glass of milk and coffee. The food arrived quickly, considering the restaurant wasn't too busy yet. The meal was delicious, with a fresh salad tossed in just the right amount of Italian vinaigrette dressing. While the prices were a bit higher than I'm used to, I believe the quality of the food made it worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience at The Block!

Wonderful restaurant to visit with your fur babies! They have an outdoor ?pawtio? where your pet will get their own soft mat to lay on, as well as a cold dish of water. They have a special menu just for dogs. Our boys have tried a few things on it and have loved everything they tried. Their people food is amazing as well! We tried a few appetizers and dishes, and were very impressed by everything we had. My only criticism is that they are in a bit of an out of the way location with not much around. We were travelling from out of town, and there really isn?t anything to see walking around the area.

I ordered the kimchi chicken sandwich. Essentially had no kimchi more like coleslaw and some weakly flavored sauce was thrown on it. I do not recommend that sandwich at all! The YumYum Bowl also lacked flavor and was very disappointing. There was 10 of us and we all had something different. I had a taste of everything the best thing was the steak. Nice semi-open patio and the waiter was nice. Food was blah, I don't know that I would try it again, honestly.
