I tried almost all her potsticker. my favs are buffalo, chorizo and Vietnamese. lemongrass is a runner up (I like the sauce better than the dish.) the tikka masala and the apple cake potters were simply ok. I didn't like the roasted cauliflower. they are currently only by COVID providers and delivery.

This place was amazing! the vegan lemongras chicken potstickers were super tasteful and delicious! the meal with one side is a great value, and all the other vegan options also looked amazing. will definitely go back to try the rest!

Crispy edge serves first line pot stickers and above it have their menu a vegan option. the vegan option usually includes the use of faux versus real huh as filling (masala chicken, buffalo chicken, etc.) but they also have a latin inspired bean filled in and a apple cake filled dessert option. the room is trendy, and eating makes fun to share, so it is a great place to go for a night with friends or date. cocktails are also good. my fave pot sticker is the buffalo bun, but all I had was pretty tasty. the only parts are the pieces are not so big, so it can depend on how many they want to order, and it is so in the rule a wait.
