Ihop - St. Joseph

Service was good. Eggs Benedict came with no hollandaise sauce, so had to ask for it. Food was bland. Everything needed salt and pepper. Extremely overpriced for what we got. 75$ after tip for 2 kids and 2 adults, for breakfast food. Will not be returning to IHOP.

Eggs once again not over medium. No matter what IHOP I go to, I just need to order an omlette or scrambled if I'm gonna have breakfast

Our waiter was the best. We waited 2 hours for food. Wow.

More than two hours waiting, the service is too slow.

Absolutely the worst service I ever had at an eating establishment. We were seated at 10:00 am, and placed our orders shortly thereafter. It took them 40 minutes to get us our appetizer, and after an hour we still hadn't gotten the food we ordered. When we addressed the manager, they told us that the order hadn't even been put in until 10:30, and tried to tell us that was our sit down time. I told the manager that we've been sitting there since 10 am and that an hour for good was unacceptable. It wasn't our fault the order wasn't placed in a timely manner, and when I brought up that I refused to pay full price for the terrible service, the manager told us that we could just leave, which we immediately did. So now, instead of IHOP getting at least some money out of this bad situation, they got 0$ and permanently lost my business. The manager that was on duty during this time needs to be immediately fired because she obviously doesn't belong in a service industry.
