Picked up a pizza last week for takeout and there was a giant hair on top of the pizza. Had to throw it away. I live 5 hours away from this location and picked it up as I was passing through town on a road trip. Didn’t have time to go back. Reached out to corporate hoping to maybe get a coupon or something for a pizza (never asked for my money back) and they basically told me I was out of luck. Super disappointed. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut but I don’t think I’ll ever return to any of their locations after this. I understand accidents happen, I’m only upset that corporate told me I’d have to go back to the store I got it from even though I live hours away rather than just making it easy on me.

I attempted to order take out for a later time. I tried to pay with a $50 bill when my total was $40. Got told you don’t take $50 bills. I know it’s not a change issue (because the change would be less than $10) it’s just super inconvenient for the people who only have cash. I’ve heard so many bad things about this establishment and I won’t be coming back sadly.

So tonight we had a miscommunication about what we wanted and ended up getting the wrong thing however once we brought it to Robert’s attention he was so super sweet and fixed it right away his pleasant attitude was greatly appreciated he definitely needs a raise and to be told he’s doing a great job thank you Robert because of u we will definitely be back
