Cross Bar Restaurant - St Davids

We popped in for a quick beer but ended up staying for dinner! The young guy at the bar was really friendly and recommended a fantastic local pale ale. After that, we were able to secure a table for dinner. The sea bass was amazing—cooked to perfection and served whole.

"The food was prepared quickly, but there were no tabs available. The garden where we dined is actually a hotel garden with tables—more of a beer garden, I suppose, but I digress. We placed our orders and the food arrived very fast. The girls had fish and chips, which they both enjoyed. It came with some mushy peas, so I guess we’re still in the north! One of the women had the chorizo lasagna, which was also very good. I ordered the Moroccan lamb burger, and it was nice as well. The staff was friendly. I can’t comment on the beer as I had already enjoyed a nice pint elsewhere. A little advice: if you want to eat on a Sunday, be sure to make a reservation, as there are more customers than tables thanks to Mr. Covid."

I enjoyed a drink with friends in the front garden area after a hike along the coast.

Loved this location right on the place perfect! the employees worked very hard also very friendly and helpful with all the requirements we had. eating nice breakfast and dinner was room was clean and quiet we had chosen a comfort twin, but when I asked for double bed, they converted together for us a kingsize before our arrival! fantastic hotel, which was recently renovated was good value for money I felt!

We ate twice, food was good, service prompt. Staff extremely happy, polite and willing, despite being short staffed. Highly recommend to have a drink or dinner
