Sam's Modern Italian Restaurant

Tuesday night, 7pm - managed to get the last table for 2 insideThere was a function going on up the back so it was probably noisier/busier than usual.

It might be called Fix St James, but this place needs no fixin'.

This place was awesome Went on a Friday night and it was packed Good thing I had reservations.

This is best PIZZA i have ever had in my life! The amount of topping and size of the pizza's are outrageous in a brilliant way! the pricing is good to. If you want to eat in or take away or delivery Sam has all your needs. Delivery is only 2 dollars, maybe 3 dollars but that is way better than Domino's or Pizza hut. this is my main local pizza shop that i prefer all the time and recommend to anyone wanting value for money.

Uncaring staff and owners in a restaurant that in my opinion looks like it is a house conversion, simple food should be simple to make and equally simple to deliver, apparently not in SAMS case.
