Was handed two melted blizzards which one wasn’t even what we ordered sent message to owner never got a response terrible I’ll go to Culver’s from now on no thanks you for the melted ice

Before this place was updated the food and service sucked. And now, after it's been updated, it still sucks. Cold food and management didn't care about the fact he wasted my time and money.At least he gets paid to waste my time.Won't go back, which sucks because it's a convenient location to my house.
