Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Zaxby's has always been a great place to eat, but today they really dropped the ball. They forgot to give my sister her biscuits, and I didn't receive the dipping sauce for my chicken fingers.

During lunchtime, the fries are typically fresh, hot, and crispy. However, after 2 or 3 PM, their quality tends to vary; sometimes they're great, and other times, not so much.

This restaurant was a complete waste of time and money. I usually enjoy dining out, but this place was disappointing. I'm not particularly picky, but wow! Our server was unnecessarily rude and seemed impatient. When she handed us our bags, she carelessly shoved them through the window, and to make matters worse, the bags were dirty with sauce on the outside and the drinks were leaking from the cups. As for the food, it was rubbery and excessively salty. I've been to other Zaxby's locations before, but this one was by far the worst. Take my advice and just keep driving!

My family and I dined at this Zaxby's yesterday, October 8th. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, about five hours after our meal, my daughter and niece began feeling unwell, and one by one, they started vomiting. Later that evening, my mom, nephew, son, and I also experienced nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. We realized we had suffered from food poisoning, which we all traced back to this location since we ordered the same meal. This experience will likely deter me from dining at any Zaxby's for a long time, and I will never return to this specific restaurant again.

Today, we just arrived in Florida for our vacation, and my husband and I decided to try Zaxby's for the first time. The food at this location was excellent, and Shakita was incredible! She was very helpful with our order, polite, and extremely professional. The store was clean, and the food was fresh. We will definitely be ordering from here again during our visit. Thank you!
