Wendy's - St. Augustine

The breakfast sandwich was fantastic! We had a wonderful experience yesterday when we arrived at 7:00 AM. However, today we found the door locked when we tried to enter. As someone who uses a wheelchair, it's already challenging enough to get around, and we certainly don’t need any extra hurdles to get to our van. It would be helpful if they could display their dining room hours on their website!

They said they had just finished a shift and couldn't serve us for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, 5 or 6 workers were standing outside chatting and smoking cigarettes. It seemed like they were just doing whatever they pleased. So, we decided to go to Chick-fil-A instead.

This restaurant closes around 7 PM on Thursdays due to staffing issues. It's unfortunate and disappointing that they would shut down early instead of providing a more rewarding work environment to attract employees. What a shame.

When they started doing breakfast I gave it a try and loved it, Now after a few tries (hoping it would be like the first time) it consistantly is worse. If I owned it, I would fire everyone and start over. They gave up at this Wendy's. The other reviews are correct.
