Papa Johns Pizza - St. Albert

The food was served promptly, the staff were polite, and the dishes were tasty and fairly priced.

The food was outstanding and the staff were very friendly. I experienced an issue with the online ordering system, but the team was prompt in helping and resolving the problem.

I had the most disappointing experience at Papa John's. The pizza had hardly any toppings, was overcooked, cold, and simply of poor quality. I've ordered from two other locations—one in Edmonton and another in BC—without any issues. When I called to request a refund, the customer service was lacking, and I was told to wait for a manager to return my call, which I am still waiting for. I've learned my lesson and won't be ordering from this location again.

I ordered a small pizza and wings while settling into my motel room for work, and since their shop is only about a kilometer away, I expected quick delivery. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting an hour and 35 minutes for my food to arrive, and when it finally did, everything was cold. I really should have refused to pay and sent it back. As someone who frequently works on the road, this has been my worst delivery experience so far. I still gave the driver a 10% tip, but it felt more like an insult than a genuine gesture of appreciation. Lesson learned.

The food was served piping hot and was absolutely delicious! Well done, everyone; you've quickly become our new favorite spot!
