Papa John's - St Albans

I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I’m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it’s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can’t do anything to help and it’s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ‘customer service’ from this man who is supposed to be a manager.

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni on it tonight and the three people who split it all fell ill with food poisoning after about 2 hrs after eating it. Called up to complain and not even an apology or acknowledgement received from the staff member, who seemed to be clueless about how to handle this. Never ordering from here again.

I have been ordering from papa johns for many years at least 4 to 5 times a week and spending £35 every time I order but after I saw they are supporting Israel agents Palestine and humanity I will never ever go back.

Ordered 11:29am on a Wednesday. Delivery sooooooooo slow. Arrived 12:31. Turned up cold/lukewarm. The driver based traffic!!! Should’ve taken less than 15 mins to deliver. This seems to happen every time I have ordered from this store. Great tasting pizzas but very disappointing service. Enough is enough. Deleted the app. Don’t waste you time ordering from here. I suspect ordering from the Hatfield branch would be quicker!

Taken over an hour to deliver food and no one answers the phone shocking customer service. They should be shut down.
