I am very impressed with this restaurant's dedication to excellence. The food was outstanding, and the staff and facilities are modern and well-maintained. I requested a slight substitution with my meal, and Chef Joe personally came out to confirm and ensure that I was satisfied. If I could, I would give this restaurant 6 stars. During our visit to town to see family, we heard about the renowned St. James experience and were pleasantly surprised by the entire concept. We decided to enjoy a drink at Vim Victor and were extremely impressed by our hostess, Hope. Her welcoming and friendly personality made our experience even more enjoyable. Hope was attentive to all customers and we were completely satisfied with the service she provided. She is an amazing woman who truly goes above and beyond for her guests. We can't speak highly enough about her! She is a perfect 10!

We have been to this place several times since it opened. I agree with others that service can be slow. Also, depending on who the chef is, the same dish will vary in quality. The best part of the restaurant is its friendly hostesses and servers. It 's a great place during the morning and lunchtime to grab something quick and fairly healthy.
