The Grotto West Coast Grill

I've been here before and it was great. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken (I forget the name), but the chicken. Was ondercooked. There were also piled condiments and open containers on the under the silverware and condiments. There were noclean tables to sit. My wife's chicken sandwich was great! ????

Enjoyed our food, despite it being pricey. Tables weren't clean, but I wiped it myself, so it was no big deal. I've been here a few times before and had great experiences. I'll definitely go back occasionally.

This is a great place for burgers, pizza, American tacos, and more. You order at the counter, but they do have table service. They have a special cooking area for vegan options, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu. The prices were reasonable for the specialty vegan dishes. I tried the hippie burger, while my husband had the beef burger, and we shared pita with hummus. Everything was well prepared. The restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of parking available. I noticed some dishes at other tables, and the salads looked generous. The pizza crust appeared thick, but I plan to come back and try it for myself.

I've visited this restaurant several times without any problems, but today was a different experience. When my food arrived, my burger was entirely burnt. I spoke with the manager, but she was very unprofessional and didn’t apologize for the situation. A couple of minutes later, when I cut into my burger, I discovered it was undercooked and completely pink in the middle. I’m really disappointed.

Amazing fries!!! I'm a huge fan of French fries, and the ones here are exceptional.
