Taylor's Tavern - Springfield

The food was delicious, the server was excellent, and overall it was a better than average dining experience at the tavern. The music was great and the atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We didn't encounter any unfriendly wait staff. The prices were very reasonable and you can't go wrong with their burger.

My wife and I visited the restaurant on a busy Friday and were pleased to see it filled with customers. We opted for lighter dishes. My wife loved the soft pretzel appetizer, while I enjoyed the delicious chili. The chicken Caesar salad with homemade dressing was also excellent. The beer was cold and refreshing, and the service, while a bit overwhelming, was very friendly.
