Carla at Milk Queen on Home Road was the most wonderful and helpful person I've ever encountered in any restaurant. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and confirmed the details with my DoorDash delivery. Everyone should visit and speak with Carla; she'll make sure you'll want to return time and time again! Thank you so much, Carla; I truly appreciate your efforts, and I'll definitely be back! This is one of the best restaurants in Springfield!

Employees up to the management are unprofessional and careless. customers have never right from the comments to this assessment. denying the money of people or making the problem right is unacceptable. find that privately guilty and operate does not surprise me with the lack of customer service and respectful employees. obviously they will not change. we order in the rule for our company office, but after my last experience and the lack of professionalism we will go elsewhere.

This is the third time I’ve ordered the caramel fudge cheesecake, which comes with caramel and cheesecake. However, instead of using fudge pieces, they always use brown candies. I wish they would stick to fudge instead.

I ordered a peanut buster paper, and when I came home, I realized everything I received was chocolate syrup and vanilleeis. I was so disappointed. please check their order before they do not go home and at the end disappointed like me?

You can dine inside this DQ, and I absolutely love their ice cream, which is very reasonably priced! Today, I tried the Thin Mint Blizzard, made with Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, and it was delicious! They also have a new flavor, caramel fudge cheesecake, that I plan to try next time. I've heard that this location stays open year-round, so I’ll definitely be coming back!
