The food was wonderful. However, I visited on a busy Friday night, so the wait time was quite lengthy. On a positive note, the customer service was outstanding.

The food was just mediocre, I suppose. However, it caused my fiancé and me to feel extremely unwell. We were unable to eat anything the following day. I wouldn't recommend this place.

That wasn’t even the worst part. I was really hungry and couldn’t afford to order more food or drive anywhere else since I don’t have a vehicle. As I picked through the chicken looking for edible pieces, I found a small piece that seemed fine, but then I noticed that the bourbon sauce was extremely watery. I’ve had bourbon chicken before, and the sauce usually has a thicker consistency. Deciding to give it a try anyway, I tasted that small piece of chicken, and something was definitely off; it didn’t taste right at all. I let my fiancé taste another piece that appeared edible and wasn’t pink, but he also thought it was too salty and something seemed off. At this point, I was on the Uber support app, snapping a picture to get my money back for the pink chicken—I wasn’t going to pick through it any longer. While it was resting on my lap, an unpleasant smell lingered. I initially thought it was just the sauce, but when I tried to get a better whiff of the chicken, I was hit with an overwhelming stench—oh my God, it was rancid. I had been served absolutely rotten, undercooked chicken for dinner. I couldn't believe it. It’s one thing to accidentally undercook meat; mistakes happen. But this was beyond unacceptable. The foul smell was masked by the sauce, and I wish others could experience how disgusting it was. If I have to endure that smell, others should too. I’m never eating from this place again. I’ve already reported the entire situation to Uber Eats and documented everything. This is a serious health and safety issue. A restaurant like this shouldn’t even be in business if they’re serving rancid, pink chicken. To each their own, but I definitely do not recommend eating here.

It's always nice to find a Chinese food restaurant in town that stands out. I ordered a sesame chicken combo and was very happy with the quality. Definitely coming back!

The food here is incredible, there are authentic dishes available which excites me, and the owner is absolutely a wonderful human being. This is definitely a go-to place for good food in Springfield and if you want authentic, this is a spot to be onyour map
