Bartolotti's Pizza Bistro - Springfield

If this restaurant were located in Italy, New York, or San Francisco, it probably wouldn't deserve five stars. However, here in Springfield, Oregon, I wish I could give it six. As a light eater dining alone, I didn't try the pizza or Stromboli, opting instead for a small Caesar salad. I can't understand why they call it "small" because it was more than enough for two people. The main reason I chose this place was because I noticed they had cannoli on the menu, which is also why I'm giving it five stars. I've certainly had better cannoli in Italy and elsewhere, but being able to enjoy it here in Springfield and finding it quite good is a rare delight. Thank you for making my visit more enjoyable!

I was really impressed by how quickly and courteously the restaurant staff rectified a mistake that wasn’t theirs. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. Although I didn't try the meatballs or the pasta dish that came with them, I noticed that the meatballs were quite large, and the person who had the dish said it was flavorful. I sampled both the meatball parmesan and the Moss Crossing Stromboli, and both were delicious. Personally, I liked the meatball parmesan a bit more, probably because I’m not a fan of cooked spinach.

The atmosphere is bright and inviting. Located just beyond Plank Town on Main Street, this pizzeria offers fresh ingredients that I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and skilled at making delicious pizzas! If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

The two guys working were GREAT. Good senses of humor, very pleasant demeanors, upbeat atmosphere, great food and fast service. They even gave us a free pizza!!

I haven't sat down and ate inside the restaurant but this pizza is the best in this town and (imo) possibly the state. If you're a lover of fresh AUTHENTIC NY style pie hit this spot. Always fresh always worth what you're paying for. Just really good pizza.. thanks yall
