PAO Restaurant - Springfield

I went with the intent to get sushi but the sushi guy wasn't there so no sushi. I will try again and or call first.

Food was a tasty mix of Asian and continental, sushi rolls were decent with some creative options. Didn't get a chance to chat with the bartender, but while they've got a variety of spirits available, their entire cocktail list was vodka based except forone rum drink.

Service very good. Meals and drinks good. Egg rolls excellent, goat salad delicious and will try something different next time.

The service was quick and staff was very friendly. Food was a little under salted but the cocktails made up for it. Would absolutely go again!

Food is always amazing! We had the steak egrolls, which were delicious! The chef specialty Chilean Seabass was outstanding. And the Rotisserie chicken never disappoints. We also had some very good drinks. I highly recommend the raspberry chocolate martini.And our server was top-notch. He kept our drinks filled and was on top of everything! The ambiance is always on point. Definitely need to try if you haven't. Or go back again!
