Mcdonald's - Spring Branch

I am particularly upset about this location they are inconsistent. My daughter is special needs so I go through drive through because it's quicker and more convenient. Previous visits there was no problem with me doing that but the inconsistentcy is annoying y'all need to get everyone on the same

What can I say, it seems like McDonald is not what it used to be anymore, Big Macs are not big, service could be better, milkshake machine broken, it seems it is always broken when I want a milkshake, the place could 've be cleaner. Over al,l not a good idea to spend $20 on two meals . I believe it is time to let this one go.

Went to the Drive-thru and a young lady greets me, I greeted back and asked if they accept apple pay. Suddenly no response, and turns off the menu board without a word. This was my very first visit to this location, lacking communication for service. I suggest for anyone to go the Evans location instead, way better team.

This is the absolute best McDonald's restaurant. They take care of their customers.

I come here almost every day and get two doubles with Mac sauce. Just wanted to say thank you. For always being fast and friendly when I come through.
