I ordered some drinks and bakery items. One of the drinks was amazing, but the other was way too sweet, almost like syrup. To make matters worse, my bakery item was still in the bag and was completely expired. They even tried to cover the expiration date with a black marker, which showed it was from June 27, 2021. I'm truly disappointed. I've been here before and expected better—at the very least, no expired products.
I'm not particularly fond of this location; I only stopped by because I'm visiting family nearby. I asked for light ice, but my coffee was completely filled with ice. I ordered two drinks, yet I didn't receive any straws. The woman at the window appeared tired and somewhat frustrated. It's evident that they're struggling to handle the morning rush, and it shows.
When we arrived to pick up our mobile order, the guy with dark, curly hair seemed to have an attitude. He handed me the order in a rather aggressive tone, saying, "Here's your order from one minute ago." I couldn't quite grasp why he was acting that way—wouldn't the preparation time be the same if I had ordered at the drive-thru? Additionally, there was no line, so it didn't seem like he was inconvenienced in any way.
I had an unsatisfactory experience at the drive-thru while picking up my mobile order. The staff member with dark curly hair was unexpectedly rude for no clear reason. I was simply there to grab my frappuccino.
