Bidrage med feedbackIt's unfortunate because I used to love the cozy ambiance of Starbucks, with the laptops and Wi-Fi—things I didn't mind paying for. Now, it just feels like a noisy place where you pay too much for mediocre coffee. It's quite disappointing.
I dined at the restaurant and found the staff to be friendly and courteous. We tried two cake pops—chocolate and cookies & cream—and both were delightful, although my child favored the chocolate. The fox flavor in November was also tasty. The dragon fruit with coconut milk was a treat, and I really enjoyed the caramel frappe with extra caramel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience on June 3, 2022.
I ordered a Christmas drink specifically to get the red reusable cup, but after I paid, I was informed that they had run out of them. There was no communication regarding when new cups would be available. I’m not willing to spend my time or money just hoping to get a special cup of the day!
During our early morning visit, we made a sizable order at the drive-thru, which included six drinks and some snacks. To our surprise, the morning team handled everything flawlessly and delivered our order without a hitch. This location has certainly become one of our favorites!
This is definitely the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. Even with five baristas working, it took 25 minutes for them to prepare my coffee, and the store wasn’t even that busy. When I kindly inquired about my order, I received a rude reply.
